GROUNDLINX LOGISTICS USA INC. ACQUIRES GLOBAL NET LOGISTICS LLC

Transaction Marks a Strategic Expansion for GroundLinx in the North American Logistics Market

[Grapevine, Texas] — GroundLinx Logistics USA Inc. today announced the acquisition of Global Net Logistics LLC from the Rhenus Group, effective April 1, 2026. The acquisition of the entire Global Net Logistics business represents a significant milestone in GroundLinx's continued growth and commitment to expanding its footprint across North America.
